Silkscreening
Silkscreening is a process in which ink is applied directly to the surface of a container. The implementation of most projects must be carried out in three main stages. At the first stage, a separate stencil is created for each color and image, through which paint will be applied. During the second stage, ink for printing on ceramic or glass enamel, organic ink, or precious metals are transferred through the stencil to the container. At the third stage, the bottle moves along the conveyor belt to the firing unit with temperature control, where the paint is baked into the glass. The paint’s drying process may vary depending on the composition of the paint used or the material of the bottle. Sometimes infrared or ultraviolet rays may be used. Our four-, six- and eight-color automatic silk-screen printing machines allow printing up to 360°, with an accuracy of 1/10 millimeter. This is the most advanced equipment in the industry, which provides the most striking decoration with the lowest production costs.
